Since our products are crafted just for you, all sales are final. However, if something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help.

🌟 When We Can Help

If your order arrives and something is not as it should be, we want to make it right. Please reach out to us if:

Your item was damaged during shipping (e.g., discoloration, misprints, broken seams)
You received the wrong item or an incorrect size/color

Simply email us at info@saltnlightgifts.com within 15 days of delivery.
Please include:

Your order number
Photos showing the issue

Once we review your request and confirm the issue, we’ll happily arrange a free replacement at no extra cost to you.

📅 Timeframes & Conditions

Report any issues within 15 days of receiving your order.
Be sure to keep your item unused and in its original packaging.
In rare cases, if a problem can’t be resolved with a replacement (e.g., fraud, multiple unsuccessful remakes), a store credit may be issued.

Important:
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns won’t be accepted.

💛 A Few Helpful Reminders:

We’re unable to accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Orders delivered more than 15 days ago are not eligible for replacements.
If you’re unsure about sizing, please refer to our size charts or contact us before placing your order.
Items purchased through third-party marketplaces may have different return policies.
