Shipping Times

We ship most products within 1-4 business days. The following is the average transit time for all products. This does not include the Production Time - See Below for Info.

  • USA Standard (UPS & USPS): 2-5 days (Excluding Sundays)
  • USA Priority (FedEx): 1-2 days (Excluding Sundays) (FedEx cannot deliver to PO Box addresses)
  • Canada Standard (UPS): 5-10 business days
  • Europe/International Standard (UPS): 5-30 business days depending on location (Shipped from USA)
  • Europe/International Priority (FedEx): 2-5 business days.
    Available for the following countries: Canada, Germany, United Kingdom, France, Sweden, Netherlands, Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Norway, Switzerland, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, New Zealand, Czech Republic, Mexico, and Greenland. (Greenland transit time about 15 days). 

Different products have different production times. Production does not run on weekends.

  • Message Card Products: 2-3 Business days 
  • Engraved Products (Watches, engraved pendants, stamped items): 3-5 Business days. 
  • Graphic Products (Heart, circle, and dog tag graphical jewelry): 2-4 Business days
  • Custom Shaped products: (Custom Name Necklace, Vertical Name Necklace, Acrylics etc.: 3-5 Business days)

Holidays and busier seasons can extend production time frames.

Once an order is made, it typically takes a few moments to sync, but in some cases can take up to 24 hours. 

Once an order has been synced, it will enter production the next business day after it has been paid. That means if an order has been paid for on Monday, the first day of production is Tuesday.

Production does not typically run over weekends. Which means if an order was paid for on Thursday, the first day of production would be Friday, and the second day of production would be Monday.

We may occasionally run production over weekends during busy periods.
